Below you will find for each product a brief outline of the products key functions and where each
device could be used for:-

  • Standalone deployment (out of the box) with no software

  • Networked deployment with central control and data monitoring.

An illustrative example of a use case is given.


All of our product range are designed to work alone or can be mixed across a network enabling
products to be deployed across your space in the most appropriate and cost effective manner.

iR37 io


Overview

  • The iR37- io has no facility for temperature or ID card scanning.
  • Facial recognition
  • Gate control - contact closure ability open/close for valid facial scan against database.
  • May be mixed with other iR37 devices on the same network, single software interface.
  • May be upgraded as needs dictate with the Tricoder card/QR scanner.
Scenarios - Standalone Deployment
  • For touch-free time stamp entry/exit using facial recognition against a pre-loaded database.
  • Suitable where no existing hardware/software deployed for employees with ID cards.
    - And/Or​
  • To replace thumb print/ palm print/ keypad entry/exit system end points
  • Enables time and attendance recording

  • As above plus ability to remove/ suspend access privileges on a user by user basis

Overview ​​

  • The iR37- io+-Europa has no facility for temperature reading
  • Facial recognition and Card scanner QR/RFID/NFC/Barcodes
  • Gate control - contact closure ability open/close for valid facial scan against database.
  • May be mixed with other iR37 devices on the same network, single software interface.

  • May be mixed with other iR37 devices on the same network, single software interface.
  • Email alerts for over temperature and/or all scans (e.g. unattended night access door)
  • Has a “fast mode” for scanning primarily for temperature and (optional) recording of image at time of scan
  • Full Track and Trace – via device and/or software
  • SATO label printer app embedded – see SATO page

Sato VT4-LX Smart Printer


Overview

  • USB.The iR37- Sato CT4-LX is a stand alone printer with connectivity for Networks wired/ wireless, blue tooth and
  • We have written an app with Sato which fully integrates with our hardware and software.
  • Very fast thermal printer
  • In built label dispenser ensures complete touch free operation by visitor and staff alike
  • Our app is built around the blue tooth connectivity, reduces client network overload &/or connections required.
  • Current label does NOT include the card/barcode data – this is on purpose for security
  • Current label QR has name/dept/date/time/temp/machine ident.
Scenarios - Standalone Deployment
  • For completely touch-free time label issue (product in use in many and varied environments across the globe).
  • Allied to the Jupiter or Ganymede it provides a “day” label for the user
  • QR code contains the information in concise format.
  • Check temperature, ID and validity of staff and visitors/customers, issue portable proof.\
Scenarios - Software & Network Connected
  • As above plus ability to remove/ suspend access privileges on a user by user basis
  • Also using API or SDK ability to send from client dataset (if present) a direct link/email/text for a COVID questionnaire if relevant – sports and event staff normally complete these every day – so link makes it touchless effected on users on phone/device.
  • Enables end to end touch free access and data gathering, storage, retrieval and destruction
Sample Industry / Location
  • Designed for the corporate event space, high volume workforce and pre-ticketed events
  • Example One – Conference Space – delegates arrive, tested at entrance, label issued; during day security can check whom is allowed into each space by simply scanning label QR.
  • Example Two – Large employment facility – shift arrives, scans in, day label issued, no label, no work, QR code can be used to check at certain points in afacility via another say (io+) and or an ad hoc tricoder allied to a PC or Rasberry Pi reader (its on the road map).
  • Example Three – Sports stadium / Public venue – audience arrives, checked for ticket validity (say barcode), temp taken, label issued which includes time and station thru which access made, during day security/ stewards have in addition to ticket the QR code if required.

    - Who in front in queue and who was behind and the time to second – where each sat – each potential cluster identified – where they also went say bar/ merch store, hospitality, which exit they took etc.

iR37 Tricoder


Overview ​​

  • The iR37- Tricoder is able to read any QR code, Barcode, NFC or RFID tag/card
  • Is self powered ofa standard USB connection
  • Short cable is supplied as a captive unit.

Scenarios - Standalone & Software Deployment ​​
  • Is self powered and will work with almost any Mac/PC via the USB port
  • Will take data as presented e.g. RFID tag number or QR code content and paste this into your chosen application e.g. Access, Word, Excel, Notes, Memo, Browser bar.
  • Useful if you have multiple entries of data and need to do this user by user as oppose dot a data extraction, export from another system.
  • Can be used directly with our software to import into the user record their card or code as the unique identifier
